This piece is of Vincent van Gogh's painting titled "Van Gogh's Chair". Van Gogh is of the Impressionist artistic movement in early 20th century Europe. This piece was my attempt in replicating Van Gogh's style. Though the subject is simple, the perspective at which the subject is painted makes the painting infinitely more interesting and complex. The rich contrasting colors of yellow and blue dominate the painting, further transforming the image of a simple chair into an artistic masterpiece.
